We have developed an 'Interactive Professional Learning Guide' to support teachers develop their practice in line with our school Lesson Evaluation Toolkit.

Every teacher has a Professional Learning Plan (PLP) that identifies a particular element from our Lesson Evaluation Toolkit they are focusing on improving. Our Interactive Professional Learning Guide signposts specific resources (such as books, blogs, podcasts, videos and teachers within the school) to help them with that.
